We started our journey into more process-based art. In order to stay out of the way, I tried to give Red a large workspace area. His table was too small and limiting, so I spread out an old vinyl splat mat and let him paint on the floor.
I also gave him a plastic comb and a straw to add some novelty. They made interesting lines in the paint.
It took him a minute to get warmed up, but he got really into it by the end.
He even started using his feet!
All three paintings he worked on got so wet with paint that they ripped. We had no final artwork to hang on the wall, but we did have lots of fun and messy feet!
